I have got an auto responder and notifications e-mail running on a form for availability so selecting dates. Although both e-mails come through, on both e-mails all of the dates come through even though I want it to hide the ones that are not selected..
Can you help? I have selected this in the settings page but it does not seem to work.
Hide Empty Fields on EmailsHide empty fields on submission email.
This only works using the default email notifier.Enabled

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. I've clone your form to investigate the issue, I was able to replicate the issue.
Maybe you made some changes on your form field which is the reason the feature is not working.
To fixed the issue, please follow this simple steps:
1. Edit your form
2. Remove/Delete current email notification and Autoresponder
3. Create new email notification and autoresponder
4. Save changes.
For more information, please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/0J84w8Te4
Note: Hide empty fields on submission email only works using the default email notifier. If you made some modification/changes on it, the feature won't work anymore.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi, I tried this and it does resolve the issue with the notification e-mail, but not the autoresponder.
Any other ideas as to how to fix this?

Empty fields can now be hidden on autoresponder emails. Just make sure that the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" is set to "Enabled.
