I've chosen to place my form at the top of our page and it displaces our content meaning all that people may be able to see when they reach our page is the form, it would be nice if the form rolled down from the header bar after a second or two meaning the content of the page was visable and if it's look and imagery was to invite the user (as I hope it does) they will scroll down after it while acknowledging the form and hopefully coming back to it shortly after.
The reason for choosing the top for my form is its a long page and the usefulness of the form may be conversion factor itself and I want people to see it streight off but not think the page is just about a form if they are the types who make their mind up to stay on the page or not in a microsecond of landing if they are searching for content first questions later.
Does anyone know if this is reasonably possible or even how to do it?

Thanks for contacting us.
What you need may be possible by manipulating the source code of the form to insert extra code. However, you could use form collapse feature from the form Builder.
Using that feature your form will be like this one: https://www.jotform.com/form/32314602398957
If that's useful for you, clone it. Please refer this guide to know how: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
