Is it possible to setup subscription form with Web Account Login functionality?

Asked by graphichome on August 20, 2013 at 12:27 PM

Hi. I love your forms and have a question or two. I am building a website and need the following functionality.

    1. Ability for a user to create an account and pay (through pay pal) for 30 days of access to training materials on the site. User will have options to access one area or all areas of the site.

    2. Ability for me to manually extend subscription of user for up to 60 days.

    3. Ability to create accounts manually and set up expiration dates.

Can your forms be used in this way?

Do you house and maintain a database of user accounts for something like this?

    I appreciate your guidance.

    Hi Carl,

In general, you would like to create a Membership Database Form or Members only access page using our forms. Our forms will work for subscription payments. However, the functionality to create members database isn't currently supported with us. You can connect our forms to your MySQL Database, but that requires you another steps especially for login/logout function.

    2. Ability for me to manually extend subscription of user for up to 60 days.

-You can do this in your Paypal Dashboard if you are collecting payments through Paypal.

    3. Ability to create accounts manually and set up expiration dates.

-This can be done directly to your web databases.

What I could suggest is to use CMS such as WordPress. It allows membership, Free or Paid. From there, you can use our form to collect payments.

    Thanks
