Dropbox submission fails

    I have followed all the steps repeatedly as explained in this post http://www.jotform.com/answers/17470-Why-does-my-Dropbox-upload-immediately-fail; however, I still cannot seem to get my files uploaded to my dropbox.  The test form works fine.  I ensured that I am using the correct dropbox account and the JotForm folder is in my dropbox.  Why won't my submissions go to my dropbox? The form successfully emails an alert to me.

    Thanks for posting your concern with us. Were you able to check if you still have enough space in your DropBox account? Have you tried using this form again? Kindly check and let us know of the current status.
