So we added our order form on facebook, but it is somehow only visible to us when we log in. None of our customers are able to view the order form tab when they visit our page from their FB account. Any suggestions?

In the case you want for others to see your form, please check that the privacy settings (Public Content Settings) for your facebook integration are set to public. If you do need any additional help let us now, and do please post the link to your form, that way we can help you further.
