Paypal Business integration unable to process payment.

My customers are getting the following error upon checkout with Paypal:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'getValue' of undefined.

I also cannot get a credit card payment to go through. When I enter a credit card number and hit Complete Your Order, the button changes to Please Wait, and the payment never goes through.

I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. Please help.

If the issue persists, you can try deleting the payment field then re-integrate it.

I'm having two different payment problems.

1. If the customer selects the Paypal payment option, and then hits either Paypal button that appears, they get the "TypeError: Cannot read property 'getValue' of undefined" error, as shown in the screen shot I included in my post above. 

2. If the customer selects the Debit or Credit Card payment option and enters their information into the fields that appear, and then hits the Complete Your Order button, the button then changes to Please wait, and never processes.

This form was working normally and payments were going through without issue until two days ago, and, as far as I know, no changes were made that should have broken the form, but now customers can no longer place orders successfully.

Thank you, but this still hasn't fixed the problem. I even created a new form and a new PayPal business integration, but I am getting the same error, when I select the PayPal payment option: Cannot read property 'getValue' of undefined.

If I try to process a credit card transaction, it says 'please wait' and never goes through. 

This is getting super frustrating. It worked fine before just a couple days ago, and no changes were made on my side of things. Was there a recent update that may have caused the issue?

We apologize for the inconvenience. I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue on my end. I will escalate this to our backend team to further investigate the issue.

However, I have made a further test on my end, it seems that the issue has something to do with the Billing Address option enabled on the Additional Gateway Settings:

I have changed this option to 'none' and made a test submission and it went through in both payment method, credit card, and Paypal.

Can you try to switch it to 'None' then click on the Continue button at the bottom to keep the changes? Then let us know how it goes, thank you.
