Download to PDF from Submisstions is missing items

    When I select an entry off the submissions screen and say to download to PDF.  Many of my fields do not appear.  Why not?

    Additionally, when I select multiple items to download to PDF is says it will download a zip file, but a file never comes.

    If you search on Balvaneda you will get 3 records.  These are the ones I was trying to download.  I have made sure all columns are selected.  I have tried doing it from the main submission page as well as when viewing the submission.  None of these work.

    An update.... I did get the multiple selected records in the zip file but they still do not include all the fields.

    If yes, could you let us know which fields are missing from your downloaded PDF document?

    Could you try creating a new PDF document on your PDF Editor and then downloading that and check:

    Yes this is the form BUT I think I did not make myself clear.  What I am doing is downloading and/or creating a PDF from the a SUBMISSION that was done.  I select a submission and click the download button.  What I get is a PDF that does not contain all the fields. 

    Some of the fields that are missing are:

    Parent 1 Name

    Parent 1 email

    Parent 1 address

    Parent 1 Mailing address

    Parent 1 Type

    Parent 1 primary address

    Parent 1 alternate address

    Does this student live at this address

    Does Parent 1 get mail at this address

    Is this address where school mailings should be sent

    Does Parent 1 want to be included in the school directory


    There are these same fields for Parent 2.  NONE of these fields show up on the pdf.

    I did check your form's submission PDF document and it seems the question are not added in the PDF. This happens when you edit your PDF document and then do not update it after new questions are added in your form.

    The best way to solve this problem is to delete the existing PDF document form PDF editor and add a new one. Please check the screenshot below on how to delete and add new PDF document in PDF editor:

    OK... I guess I get it now.  But don't understand how it all works but it does.  Sorry for keep bugging you.  All is good.
