Microsoft Forms vs JotForm

Hi,

I bought the silver package and am in the process of trying to convince a colleague to do the same however, he has already started using Microsoft Forms and see's no need to move but he is also into JotForm as an alternative to Microsoft Forms. What would you site as good reasons to pay for JotForm as opposed to continuing to use MS included in the Office package?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with MS forms however, if you want to use payment integration in your forms we do have such feature.

May we know what kind of forms would your colleague like to create? Please note also that they may create an account for free and create forms.
