The unique code is the one used to autofill the form, please go to this form https://form.jotformpro.com/71500914392957 and type 300 or 320 once the form validate the form is going to fill out the fields.

Hey Carlos thanks - now i get it. 

I have misunderstood the function of that widget then. It fills out answers Ina  form but I want to create the question options In a form using excel or similar 

can you please help me 

I am creating a form with some single choice questions for instance. 

each single choice question will have say 40 choices. 

For creating the form ( not filling it out ) To save the massive data entry needed - is there anything available that can use text in a excel sheet or google sheet Etc to create the options in a single choice question field.

To achieve that you'd like you'll need to create multiple spreadsheet to form widget for each question.
