emails go to email@example.com, but I cannot remember the username and when i use that email i get nothing. need to upgrade asap, as my services will be cut off in an hourPage URL:

Good day! We can't find any registered account using your email address. I've found a guest account which is currently out our submissions limit. I would suggest registering an account with us (http://jotform.com/signup) using the email address, and you should automatically retrieve the form(s) then process upgrade by going to My Account - Upgrade/Billing Section: http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing.
