We have a number of forms, and it appears that emails are not being sent out, is there a problem with the system? This is the second time in a week we have had issues with out jotforms reliability.

    Hi,

First off, I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing right now. I just checked your account and found a lot of forms. I couldn't figure which email you were having problems with so I looked at the form with the latest submissions, which is 'Misc'

The email address configured for the alerts on that form is cancel@mobile-mentor.com.au so naturally, I checked our mail logs for information regarding emails sent by our server to that address and here's what I got:

With that in mind, I advise you to check your Spam/Bulk/Junk mail folders for the missing emails. Let me know if you find them there or not. I'll await your response. Thank you.
