Can I use CSS to display the name from "Page 1" or "Page 2" to custom names?

Do you mean the page label in the Form Builder? If so, unfortunately, you can't change the default page labels.
If you're referring to something else, please do let us know so we can assist you properly.

Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.
You may also check on the Form Tabs Widget. The widget allows you to rename the page titles. Please see attached screenshot:Here is a sample output:
