Below is another example problem that we continue to experience. Your company continues to tell us that there is no problem with my links or my forms. That only leaves JotForm as having the problem. Below is another customer who is unable to register for our conference. This is only 1 of many complaints. I have tried all of your resolutions to my concerns and nothing is fixed. I have heard many times from Jotform that nothing is wrong. Then why do we continue to experience the same problem? Please do not write back and tell me that there is no problem.
I was trying to register online for the upcoming ITOA Conference and was given an error message and kicked out of the website, so I am not sure if it went through or not.Page URL:

Unfortunatelly, providing us with only this information
will makes it a little difficult to trace back the cause of any issue.
Again, I tested your form here https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/31677870452966 and can easily submit it.
Can you please gather more details from the person that was "kicked out of the website". It will greatly help if they can provide us the steps taken to reproduce the issue. A screenshots or error message details can also help.

Just like my colleague I was unable to reproduce the problem. I hope that you will be able to get some more information so that we can look into the issue. Please let us know how it goes.
