This is a re-post of a comment on Create Dropbox Forms with JotForm

Please answer these questions so that we will be able to isolate the cause of your problem.
Do you personally own the Dropbox account that you integrated with your form?
Have you successfully integrated dropbox into your form? If yes, is there a folder named 'Jotform' in your dropbox account?
Can you find a folder named after your form's title inside the 'Jotform' folder?
That specifiec folder is where the submissions should be sent to. If the folder is not existing then something probably went wrong with the integration. In that case, I advice that you redo the Dropbox integration.
We would love to help you with this problem of yours. Thank you for your cooperation. I'll await your response.

I do own the dropbox. On form submission, a JotForm folder is not created. I was able to get the folder to be created when I tried the dropbox integration sample. On my form I followed the steps to integrate my form with dropbox and after several attempts, my file wile will still not upload to the dropbox.

I'm sorry but I got confused. Do you now have the folder named 'Jotform' in your Dropbox account? If yes, can you see the folders inside it that is named after your form's title which is 'McGraw StudyHall @Frist'? If yes, do you see PDF files containing the information submitted in your form?
Is the uploaded file the only thing that's missing in your dropbox account?

That's good to hear. Thank you for using Jotform.

I setup a form with Dropbox integration, but rather than upload the file to dropbox, it uploaded the file to Jotform and uploaded a pdf to dropbox that shows the submission and a link to the file that was uploaded and stored in jotform. Am I missing something? Isn't the file itself supposed to upload to dropbox?

The file itself should also be copied into your DropBox folder. Was the uploaded file huge? There could be some time lag to upload the file to DropBox. Kindl check your DropBox folder again after a few minutes and see if the file is now there. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply Allan. No, a day later it's still not appearing.

I found out that the file you uploaded on your form is quite huge, around 600MB. Unfortunately, there is a 300MB limitation imposed by Dropbox on services using their API. Please take a look at these threads to learn more about that.
As a third party company, there is not much we can do to remove this limit. It is their API and we are at their mercy. We apologize for this inconvenience.
