I worked on the format for about 30 minutes and thought I had it licked BUT, it would seem that some things that seem too good to be true, are not. I tried different templates and styles over two days abnd had pritywell the same results.

    A) The Date / Time Stamp is scrambled and text is white instead of yellow

    B) Name field is way off base

    C) City and State / Provence fields don't exist

    D) Postal / Zip Code disproportunate

    ?) No field

    E) Text missing

    F) Unalike and field not defined

    G) Unalike

    Instructions / Comments field missing

I am using Xara Web Designer 9 Premium

My Web Site is Http:// and the form is on "Quote" page

I developed this on your site and used the XARA filter to inport to my page.

Can you help me out? I am at a loss and I canot, in reality, consider putting out money for my busness if this is the potential result. I assume the software is the same but it is the time / access I would be paying for. I thank you.

P.S. On import of the code there was no question regarding colour.

Also, I recommend re-embedding your form using our iframe method: How to Get Form iFrame Codes. This should help you to prevent script conflicts.

I wish to thank you for your time and efforts. Most of the form is corrected but, “Time / Date, Full Name and State / Province” are the same. At first sending it in I made it dark to explain the differences. I have now adjusted the theme (as I wanted it in the first place) and “Time / Date, Full Name and State / Province” are still screwed up and although the theme is change in JotForm it remains the same. It is almost like the program is not saving anything that is changed.

You DID IT! From your help it enabled me to learn enough to create a form from scratch. I realy do thank you for all your help. I only have a question and I believe I can leave you alone :). What does this area mean?

It states that my form is "Here" and has two other buttons. It is above the code to be embedded.

Thanks again for all your help.

P.S. JotForm is one great Program *****

    Hi Paul,

Good day! Glad that we are able to help you with your form. It's always our pleasure to help. I ain't sure what you mean by your second question. What's "here" ? I would suggest opening a separate thread if it is irrelevant from your original question.
