    How to make the feedback form scrollable in WP

    Asked by kffarra1 on August 22, 2013 at 04:39 PM

    Using the Wordpress platform and your forms through it. There seems to be only 1 feedback button available at this time. Is there a way to add more than 1 ( 2 or 3 ? ) ? And how ? Thank you. We are looking forward to upgrading our account with you.

    Hello,

    I am afraid you cannot add multiple feedback button. Because as you can see in the settings page in WordPress for the plugin, there is only one option to add the form ID

    And this feedback button set to appear to all the pages in your WordPress site.

    Feel free to let us know if you have further questions or inquiry.

    Thank you for using JotForm. :)

    So ... we have an issue then... because the form won't scroll on a mobile
    device because it is too long and far too much info on it.... what are we
    to do as we cannot upgrade the account until this is resolved ?? Is there
    someone else i can ask ??

    @kffarra1

    Try to inject this CSS codes on the header part of your WP page (header.php), this makes the form scollable on mobile device.

    <style>

    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 550px){

    .jt-content{

    width:270px !important;

    overflow-x:hidden;

    }

    .jt-feedback{

    position: absolute !important;

    left: 50% !important;

    top: 285px !important;

    }

    }

    </style>

    I have provided the same workaround for this user and it seems to work great. http://www.jotform.com/answers/253105.

    Let us know if you've added the code so we can check it here as well. Thanks!
