I love your work. I'm using your jotform system to create new patient files which they fill out themselves at the comfort of their homes. What I'd like to know is whether I can intergrate such collected data with our medical software that we currently using to create files and submit claims. Thanks in advance.

Can you please tell us the name of the Medical Records System you are using? We will need to check their website if they support integration through API. Or, you can ask the support for that EMR service to look for Jotform and do the integration through our developers' page here https://developers.jotform.com/.
