What's the setting to allow multiple submissions for the same email account?

    Multiple submissions are disabled by the owner of this form. Better luck next time!.

    How do I allow multiple submissions?????

    1. Log into your account and select your form on the My Forms page and then click "Edit",
    2. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    3. Click on "Preferences"
    4. Set "Unique Submission" to "None".
