My form message are not going to my mail box

    Hi,

    Both of my form messages are not working, I have ran a number of tests and they are not forwarding on to my chosen email address.

     

    Please could you email me back at leigh@handpdesign.co.uk as the email address for this account is only a generic client email address.

    Hi,

    On checking your email Id enquiries@smile4.me.uk it is in our bounce list for reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'Administrative prohibition'

    I have removed the email from your bounce hence you should be able to receive your submissions normally.
    Please go through this article to avoid having this issue from reoccurring.
