Problems with jotform over that last couple of days...

    Dear Jotform,

    I am just informing you that your service is really sucks and customer support is poor... how can you expected to have a system and not even a live support or a telephone number we can call when we have problems..
    I just did a test again received payments from paypal but didn't get the email from jot-form in email at with information fill out either no notification email was send to customer... Please note everything was working perfect all the other times is just up to yesterday i start getting this problem...
    Please let me know if you guys can fix it or not... am not technical so dont ask me to do things i dont know anything about... you can log into my account at:

    Please guys do better than this its a business am running...

    Am going to be honest i get over 2000 sales a month... I was just testing your system to see how good it was to be on it but seems as if you guys can solve a simple problem... am going to give you all 1-24hrs to get this fix on all my forms if by tomorrow its not working good i will be closing my accounts and be going with someone else...
