Problems with jotform over that last couple of days...

    Dear Jotform,

    I am just informing you that your service is really sucks and customer support is poor... how can you expected to have a system and not even a live support or a telephone number we can call when we have problems..
    I just did a test again received payments from paypal but didn't get the email from jot-form in email at cellunlockerorg@gmail.com with information fill out either no notification email was send to customer... Please note everything was working perfect all the other times is just up to yesterday i start getting this problem...
    Please let me know if you guys can fix it or not... am not technical so dont ask me to do things i dont know anything about... you can log into my account at:

    Please guys do better than this its a business am running...

    Am going to be honest i get over 2000 sales a month... I was just testing your system to see how good it was to be on it but seems as if you guys can solve a simple problem... am going to give you all 1-24hrs to get this fix on all my forms if by tomorrow its not working good i will be closing my accounts and be going with someone else...
