    Good day and thanks for contacting us. Is it after submitting the form or when they still fill out the form?

    When after the filler/submitter submit the form:

    This is possible, but only with PDF Format. You can add an Auto Responder (Setting Up Form Autoresponder) and it the Auto Responder Email Body, add the {pdf-link} tag.  After they submit the form, they will receive an email containing the PDF Download Link as their copy.

    Here's how to include the PDF Download Link tag:

    You can also do a trick and display their submission to your Custom Thank You Message Settings. Here's a guide: Confirmation Page Tricks

    When they still fill out the form:

    I guess you mean a button that says "Review" and when they click on it, that would show them a window containing their initial entries. Unfortunately, this is NOT possible at the moment. If you'd like this feature, I'd suggest creating a feature request thread. Start here:

    Hello epinet_ddn,

    Not sure if the "Excel" option is available but if you want your users to be able to get the PDF of the form submission, I believe there are two possible way to do that:

    1. You can add a "Print button" in your form. This will allow your user to print the filled in form and it can be printed to PDF with the help of PDF printer. Print button can be enabled from the properties of Submit button. Please refer the following screenshot:

    2. Another way to achieve this is to add a "{PDF Link}" in the auto responder notification. When the form is submitted, the user will receive the notification email which will have a link to PDF with submission data.

    Here is how you can achieve this:

    1. Load your form in form editor.

    2. Click on "Email Alerts" under "Setup & Embed" tab.

    3. Then click on "Add New Email".

    4. Add a new "Autoresponder"

    5. In the body of the email content, you can add PDF link {pdf-link}

    6. When form submitter will receive the autoresponder email, they will get the link to a pdf with the form submission data.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
