BAA for HIPAA account

We need to make our account HIPAA compliant but would like to have our Director of Business Operations sign the BAA. Can a different person sign the BAA than the registered user on the account?

Hi Rachel, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

Signing the BAA would only need one authorized representative from your company. So I think the  Director of Business Operations of your company could sign the BAA.
