I am trying to map a form from jot forms to integrate with salesforce, however i'd like to use fields that map to both the lead object, as well as the campaign object. In the crm integration wizard it only allows me to choose one. Is there a workaround for this? Thank you!
Additionally, I did find a related ticket but there is not a clear support answer just that it was elevated & resolved -
We are trying to map the hidden campaign fields she also listed, which are:
<input type="hidden" name="lead_source" value="Campaign" /> (this is mapped)
<input type="hidden" name="Campaign_ID" value="701000000006FSgAAM" />
<input type="hidden" name="member_status" value="Responded" />
<input type="hidden" name="00N00000008sGt0" title="Lead Type" value="BCS" /> (this is maped)Page URL:

That thread is related to something different, the integration was broken at that time
Custom fields can now be mapped to your Salesforce account, but it is limited to text boxes only
Our current integration is able to map to leads and contacts.

Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now available. You may now specify the campaign ID in the Salesforce integration wizard to add a newly-created record to a campaign.
