Hi there, what happens with any form submission that is sent after and beyond the 100 free limit? Do these get kept somewhere till the account is upgraded or are they not recorded?

Once you reach the maximum number of submissions for your account, your form will still be shown in your website. However, when a guest attempts to submit the form, the following message will be shown to your guest:
The submission will not be successful and will not be reflected in your JotForm account.
You submissions counter will be reset the following month. For example, if you signed up on May 17, your counter will be reset every 17th day of the month, i.e. June 17, July 17, etc.
I hope you find this information helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!

No, my date is 13th monthly and the last time you charged me was on the 13th of May and it still shows 143 submission but we don't get 143 submissions??? Now we can't get the forms to work. Sigh ....flawless.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I checked your account details in our member database and found out that your account was created 2010-10-28, which means that the submissions count will be reset on that date. It could be possible that you have a free account created on 2010-10-28 and then you later upgraded to a premium account.
We apologize for any confusion. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. We're very eager to assist you.
Thank you for using JotForm!
