I need to make a bulleted list

On my form posted at https://teenharvest.com/register.htm, below where it says, "Advanced Registration Required, I need to have a bulleted list, but when I publish it, it always changes it to regular prose. Is there no option to accomplish my need?

As per checking, you were using a Header field to display the texts. Kindly use a Paragraph field instead.
