I have multiple employees..each with their own appointment schedules. Can I create a separate calender for each of them.

I currently operate a home inspection business with up to 8 inspectors in various States...mostly the central U.S. and East coast.  I currently use an off-site answering service as my scheduler.  I want to take over the service on my own and be able to accomodate at least two...maybe three statins to receive calls from these inspectors clients.  I have a Voip system set up but want to be able to provide each separate inspector with their own schedule up-dates as we book the appointments for them.

It appears that your system would work but I wanted to know how we can set up our system to provide the separate individual calenders as I described, and what the cost structure would be.

    Hi,

You can achieve this by creating separate forms for each calendar that you need to be integrated into your form. There will be no additional cost for creating multiple forms in jotform. The major difference with the different accounts that we offer has to do with the amount of submissions that you are allowed to receive each month. For more information on our different accounts please review our pricing page.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Yes, I think it does help......So that I understand it correctly, we would create a new form (which will actually be the same form) for each individual inspector in our system. Correct??
Next question is...how is this managed? Does each inspector have a separate file (or folder) that our operator would open to bring up the individual inspector's form? I know that I am presenting this question in a clumsy manner so I hope you can understand it.

Yes you have gotten in correct. You will need to provide a link or embed each form into your system for each inspector to use. Each form that you create will have their own link that you use where it is needed.

Once you start creating your forms please let us know so that we can give you the assistance that you need to achieve your goal. Our getting started page is a good place for you to start. I would suggest that you also reviewing our share forms page in our user guide.

    Thanks!
