Rather than read from the top of the screen down (on the right hand side), the text reads from the bottom of the screen UP. This would work better if the button were on the left hand side of the screen, but not on the right.
The feedback button you have on the site reads the correct way. How do I fix this?

Thank you for bringing this up. I am also of the opinion that the text in the right-aligned feedback button should read from top to bottom. It makes more sense to have it that way, as evidenced by our own Feedback button.
Unfortunately, there is no option to change that because the css bit that is responsible for the text direction is hardcoded into the feedback JS file. With that in mind, I have submitted a report ticket for this issue. We will have our developers take a look into this and hopefully they'll be able to do the necessary actions.
Be reminded though that we cannot promise a definite lead time as to when this will be fixed as our developers have been really busy lately. We will notify you of updates via this thread so stay tuned. Thank you for your patience.

Presently, there's no simple way to accomplish this in JotForm. However, upon googling "turn text upside down" (which is what you actually require) I came across several sites that can do that. The problem is that all of those sites convert all uppercase letters in your text to lowercase. (Here is one of them.)
So, if you can live with "submit your creative brief today..." instead of "Submit Your Creative Brief Today...", copy and paste the following converted text into the box indicated in the screenshot:
˙˙˙ʎɐpoʇ ɟǝıɹq ǝʌıʇɐǝɹɔ ɹnoʎ ʇıɯqns
Incidentally, there was one site that converted uppercase letters but the results were less than ideal, as you will discover.
To be honest, as I had told another JotForm client who also wanted their feedback button on the right to read from the top down, it seems more logical to me to have it go from the bottom up because it resembles a tab on a file folder and as such, if the file were hidden beyond the right edge of the screen, the text on its tab would read in that direction. However, each of us has his preference and I will submit a request for a feature that would allow users to easily configure the text direction on their feedback buttons.
Thanks for asking and please feel free to enquire about other features of our forms. Our team will endeavour to assist you to the best of our abilities.
