Use lightbox form in Wix site

Hello! I would like to put on my wix site subscribe button. Then visitors will press it i need my form to appear with semy-transparent bg covered all my page (lightbox). But I can't to make it wright. Please explain how to do this on my Wix form.

I did not publish it. My site is www.milliclub.ru You can see there the subscription form in the header. I want to remove it and put a button with a link instead. When visitors click on the button will appear subscription form in a lightbox. I cant make the button with the link  in the right place of the screen. And if it turns out there does not work lightbox effect.

I've check your website but I wasn't able to find the form. In the meantime, please try this workaround to use image button instead of just JotForm lightbox link.
