Form Report won't accept secure password when using Internet Explorer

Asked by b2bcontact on May 17, 2011 at 11:29 AM

Hi, I have a password secure form report set up.  When I go to it I'm prompted for the password.

When i type in the password the box goes blank and does not let me in.

I tested this in firefox and it allows me in perfectly fine, but no go with IE.

When I use the direct jotform link to the report it works in IE, but we need this hosted on our own site so we used the code supplied by Jotform and put it on our server.

Please, let me know if anyone has a solution to this problem ASAP.

This is needed for a very high level client.

Are there any other support options here?  This is a very time sensitive issue.

I don't quite understand it. Is this the form whose report you have password protected? If yes, well I couldn't find any report (this is the only existing one) which is password protected.

The report iframed in this page http://www.b2bcontact.com/ciscotraining/views.html is not password protected at all therefore I did not have any problem accessing it even with IE8.

Can you give us more details to your problem and let me know if I am wrong in any way with my assumptions. I'll await your response. Thank you.
