    I have had an account for over a year and now I log on and none of my forms are available.

     I just paid for an upgrade because it said i had received over 100 submissions but now my entire form is gone. I can not locate and it is crucial that my application listed on my web site is back available. 

     

    Please help me rectify this problem.

    I do see your form is located here: http://www.jotform.us/form/32367001182141. This form may have been created using a guest account (Not formaly looged in to JotForm). Do try first to clear your form cache and also clearing your browser's cache as well. 

    If it continues not appearing on your account. Do try cloning the form. This will mean that you may have to update the link on your website, with the cloned's FormID. 

    Below I'm appending instructions to Clearing your Forms's Cache and Browser's Cache. 

    Clearing the Form's Cache:

    First click on Account:

    Then click on Settings, then click on Clear Cache. A prompt should appear informing you the cache has been cleared.

    Please try removing cache first, and let us know how it goes. Also if you do reply for this issue. Do append the username you are currently using, as the form I found being used on your website points me to a guest account.
