Is there an option to allow different levels of payments? Say you are making a donation and for the Platinum donation, you can make a donation of $500 and up. They need to fill in the amount.
The Gold is between $300-$499, Silver is between $100-$299 etc.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, that's not possible, you can only set a minimum amount when collecting donations. You may try the user-defined amount, add form calculation widgets, and set conditions for the pricing range.
Once you've set it to User Defined Amount, you will have add form calculation widgets wherein it will populate the price from there.
Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
For the pricing range, you'll need to set up a condition wherein it will only pass the value to the payment integration whenever it meets the prices in between.
Here's a guide on how to perform calculation using conditions and form calculation widget: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

Please do a test to see if it does meet your requirements.
Thank you.
