NONE of my forms are working! My email is blowing up, we use these forms VERY regularly and depend on them a great deal- can we at least please be notified if something is going on / being updated /what the downtime will be??

Do you still have problem with your forms? It might be temporary but so far I never experienced such. I just tested your form here and it works just fine.
