I'm not sure what is happening on your side but you should be able to copy and paste the code. Try copy and pasting the code below, and adjust the height or width which is highlighted on the code to suit your websites layout.
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//support.jotform.com/form/32366042161142" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:5120px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
After which provide us the website url so we can check.

Are you sure you have saved and published? Highlight the code and Press CTRL + C to copy and Press CTRL + V to paste.
