Yes, that's right. When you upgrade your account, you can disable the JotForm branding and use your own instead.

To disable the JotForm branding, you can go to your account setting and uncheck the JotForm branding option.

You are not understanding my question. Which is why you guys should have phone support bec i am spending so much time giong back and forth.
I DO NOT have an account to upgrade - so why are you talking about that? If i DID have an account and did NOT want to use your template, do i have to know HTML to create a form?
Please read my question carefully so you can answer fully this time.
    thank you

Hi Terry, thank you for your response.

My apology for the misunderstanding. What I'm trying to say from my previous response is you can have an option to disable JotForm branding and use your own instead.

You can build your own custom forms even without knowledge of HTML as JotForm made it easier for you to build forms using the drag-and-drop form builder.

Here is a quick demo video on how to build a form: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWWt1Vt47t8
To try it yourself, I would suggest you sign up for a JotForm account and start building your forms.
