Hello, Jotform, I wonder if I can continue to use my form free after both the submissions and the uploaded space have been beyond the prescribed?

    Hello, Jotform,

    Your product is really perfect.   I have deleted all the submissions in my jotform, but I still can't make new submission.

    I wonder if I can use it free?

    Is any solution for the problem?

    Your account has exceeded the free plans' allocated submissions and you need to upgrade to the Premium plan in order to get more submissions, deleting the submission from the account does not reset the counter. The counter is reset at the 1st day of each month.
