I have received the following email and my account has been downgraded.
I have paid $19.5 for Silver plan by Paypal (please see attached jpg file), not by credit card.
Please upgrade my account ASAP.

I was able to locate the payment. I have now upgraded your account to Silver. Please check and let us know if you need further help.
