Does clearing cache clears all appointment slots?

    does this clear ALL appointments?

    if the submissions exists - will the appointment remain?

    To clear the appointments, you will need to delete the linked submission. Clearing form cache will not clear appointments.

    Could you explain to us what exactly is your requirement, please?

    If I have 200 people all with appointments - but one or two cancel - does clearing the cache give back these appointments without affecting the remaining 198 - 199 appointments?

    Could you let us know if you are using the Appointment field on your form to book an appointment? Could you let us know how one or two people cancel the appointment?

    You as a form owner will need to manually delete the submissions to give back the appointments, as your people (for submitters) do not have an option to delete their submissions. Clearing the form cache will not directly revert the appointment.

    Hi,

    I asked because I deleted the submission in my test form and the appointment remained.

    I deleted all test submissions (approx. 10) and again they remained.

    I was curious if clearing the cache for one deleted appointment released that one date or if it removed all appointments.

    I personally will be deleting the submission, and now I know..... Will also clear the cache.

    Hi! Deleting a submission should free up the related appointment slot as well. In case this is not happening, then you can clear your form cache.

    You also need to make sure that these deleted submissions aren't trashed. These submissions should be permanently removed from the System.

    I've cleared your form cache, the applicable slots should now be free on your form. Kindly re-check.
