Ticket Purchases widget is unable to load

    Hi team,

    I've been using the ticket purchase widget for a while and it worked fine, but today for some of the forms the widget just fails to load. It either takes forever to load or it just plainly display "502 Bad Gateway".

    Hi there,

    I've checked your form and the widget is loading pretty quickly. It might be something temporary. I've cleared your form cache. If you are still facing the same issue then please try clearing your browser cache or try a different browser.

    Hi there,

    The ticket purchase widget is loading very slowly again. Sometimes it's just not loading at all. Could you please check what's going wrong?

    Sometimes it's blank and it take forever to load like below:

    It might be a temporary issue again. The widget is again loading normally. Please check on your end again and let us know if you need further assistance.
