How do I create a form?

Welcome to JotForm! You can create forms in two different ways. First step is to log into your account.then you can decide

1. You start from scratch in our Form-Builder and this guide how-to-create-your-first-web-form
2. For this to work well it would be good to have at least an idea in mind of what the form should be able to do.
3. Just drag & Drop Form fields and widgets onto your form until you are happy. After that you can delve deeper by adding Smart-Forms-Conditional-Logic-for-Online-Forms or fun stuff
4. Use a template that you like. I see in your account, that you have already added a few. You can now proceed to change them to match what you would like to achieve.

This guide on -getting-started-with-jotform has a lot of different parts that might help you. They can also be quite overwhelming.
