I am not receiving ANY notifications when someone completes ANY of my forms.
This is not working, please fix immediately.

Have you tested an actual submission on your end?
Because I can see on your account that your email address email@example.com is working properly.

Kindly let us know if there is another email address you would like us to check.Thank you.
Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.

I've been using jotform for 3 years.
when I contact you it's because I have done everything on my end. Of course I tested the submission. I tested 8 of them. I'm not getting any notifications at all from jotform whatsoever.
You arten't blacklisted in my gmail, your in my contacts, nothing on my end. I am missing submissions in my account as well corresponding exactly with the lack of emails.
Please do not debate and tell my it is something on my end.
I want you to take 3 minutes and maybe look into it instead of shooting me some lame ass answer and passing it on to the next person.
I'M LOSING MONEY OUT THE ASS FIX IT PLEASE.

I am very sorry for the frustration. I totally understand.
I have checked all the email under your notification of your forms and all of them are not in the bounce list.
I have created a clone of one of your form and was able to receive a notification email.We need to ask you to contact your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist. We need your cooperation for us to resolve this issue properly.

Also, it is also a good idea to Whitelist these Domains of ours since this can help too.
