below is our webpage that your jot form is imbedded on. we used it last year and was able to open the registration form on your site to file it and to print it.

This year the subnissions are only showing 1 for 2011-2012 registration. I tried another one today and I can print it from our website but cannot view it on the jot form site . I can open the forms and can make changes. but I cannot open the form to see who has registered. and I am supposed to be notified when someone registers on my email acct. drdee55@gmail.com

Last year s dates 2010-2011 show 21 new submissions I cannot open the either.

I put a print button on the bottom of the jot form recently  along with the submit button could this be a problem?

I know at least 4 submissons have been done online for the new year and I am not seeing these.

I can not so a snapshot . There is a box on the page that says " cannot read form try reloading page"

I just sent a test to the form site.

    Hi,

I apologize but I could not replicate your situation. I was able to browse submissions for both forms - 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.

    https://www.jotform.com/submissions/10500925160?

    https://www.jotform.com/submissions/3523026239?

This might be an issue with your browser. Have you tried using another one like Chrome or Safari? If not, please do so and let us know if it helps or not. We'll await your response.
