I cannot create a new folder under my account.

    I cannot make a new folder for my new forms, i can add them to existing folders and make sub folders of the existing folders. i went searching for anwers and followed your instructions. when i hit enter it get a choice of forms -blank, imported etc. Nothing works to get my a new folder

    Hello,

    I can see that you have several folders on your Account.

    I have tested to create a Test Folder and a Test Form on your account. (I will delete it after this post, this is for testing purposes only.)

    I am able to create a folder on your account.

     

    I have cleared your form caches and you should be able to create folders now. :)

    Kindly let us know if problem persists. But as I have tested it is working. Please try to clear your browser cache and cookes aswell.

    I am having the same issue and I have cleared the cache and cookies. I do already ahve folders in thee so I know it worked before - just not now.

    It works just fine on my end, I can create folders as usual. Have you tried refreshing your page after creating a folder? Have you tried it with different browser?

    We'd appreciate if you could open a new thread for your question and provide as much as details on what steps you've tried so we can assist you accordingly.
