I had inadvertantly check SPECIAL PRICING on payment which was causing a discount when someone ordered moe than one. I unchecked it but can find no documentation and where to set this up. Can you please send me where to set it up for future reference?

Thanks for contacting.
Please, feel free to correct me if I've misunderstood your question. You want to know where to go to enanble the Special Pricing for your form products? If so you can do it from the payment wizard of your form products. Please watch this video to know how: https://shots.jotform.com/eliezer/Screen%20Captures/How_to_enable_special_pricing_for_products.swf
Finally save your form.
If you nee further assitance, please let us know.

What I'd like to know is where to set up the parameters for the special pricing. For example, if it is buy one, get the second for 50% off, is there a section to define that?

Good day! So basically, you want that if the "first" product item is selected, the "second" item will be discounted? If the "first" product item won't be selected, the "second" product item will remain to its original price? If yes, unfortunately, this isn't possible. We don't have such logic that would accomplish this one.
You only have the ability to setup special pricing which is fix. The ability to define "coupon codes" for discount per item or from the total value of what you have selected.
