How can I make a form to skip to a future question dependent on the answer to a former question.

Asked by Natasha Serra on August 28, 2013 at 11:06 AM

Question 1.) How can I make a form to skip to a future question dependent on the answer to a former question?

Question 2.) Is there a way to have sub- sers have limited access and what limitation can those be?

Question 3.) Is there a way to cross reference the data within two separate forms?

Also-We have a Professional Account under Scheffer, Vicki and Kim Hansen is our lead IT Administrator. We purchased the Professional Account so she should be able to have multiple sub-users created and it is only allowing her 1. This needs to be changed asap to allow her the amount of users allowed under a Professional Account.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    1) You can accomplish what you need by applying conditional logics: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic. If what you need is to show/hide a question depending on the previous answer of the user, You should consider to apply the steps this guide provides you: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry.

We will be more than glad to help you with your other questions, however, we'd appreciate if you open a separate thread first to make them, as they are different from the first question. Please, remember that is one issue/topic per thread. Kindly follow my suggestion and we will give you the prompt assistance.
