I got the PDF but it captured only the field filled by the user, other elements in the form such as logo and other images are not displaying in the PDF.

Thank you for contacting our support team.
When you create a PDF document for your form submissions, you will need to manually include any logos or images that you have included in your form. The PDF will only display the data that is entered by the user initially, however, it is then up to you to design and style the PDF as you wish.
If you have already edited and styled your PDF then perhaps you have accidentally included the wrong one in the submission email.
Since your account seems to have many active forms, I am not aware of which one is causing this issue. Can you kindly share the URL of the form in question with us?
Once we have the correct form, we will take a closer look and inform you of what is causing this issue. We look forward to your response.

HiPlease check https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/202756526021045
The PDF is styled correctly.
Solution we require is
the number at the top, 2020100001 should auto-increment after every form is filled.
the only fields that will vary are the Airway Bill Number and the Destination.
Airwaybill number is always going to be numerical and destination will be alphabetical.
Hope you can help us as we have already resolved most concerns except the need for the PDF with these fields.

Thank you for the clarification. Since this new question seems to in regard to a different topic than that of the logos and images on your PDF, I have moved the new question to its own support ticket.
