    Could you please stop that, also please send aplogy note to all the emailed that got sent more than once.

    Hi,

    Can you please clarify to us the issue.

    Are you saying that this form http://www.jotform.com/form/3415152669 was submitted more than 20 times? I could see this form actually have 800+ submissions already.

    Can you tell us to which email it was send 20 times and we will check this further.

    Here are the email that we got complained from the customer, there are also
    phone call complain.

    Also we only get 15 supscribers from JotForm that tlink to MailChimp. How do we get all of them.

    I don't want to continue doing the same way cause I want to avoid the customer who doesn't want the email.

    Hi,

    about the issue about 20 times email delivered to the same address, it seems more a mailchimp issue that a JotForm error, it is strange because mailchimp checks duplicated email addresses at the lists.

    In order to get all the subscribers please check the option "Add existing contacts to MailChimp"  at the mailchimp integration wizard.

    first you should remove your current mailchimp integration following the next steps:

    1 -  Click on "Setup & Embed" tab

    2 -  Click on "Integrations" icon

    3 - Select "Mailchimp option.

    4 - Click on "remove integration" red button.

    Once the integration was removed, please follow this steps again in order to re-configure your mailchimp integration,  you will find "Add existing contacts to MailChimp"  option at the last step of the Mailchimp Integration wizard
