Adding coupon code in the payment Form not working

    NOT WORKINIG. After I add the "Coupon Code", I can't get back to the "Main" payment Wizard page to "Continue" to Finish, your Steps 8 & 9 above.


    When I select "Return To Main" link, it takes me back to +Coupons window (the graphic under your Step 2 above) EXCEPT there are NO "Back" or "Next" buttons, just the small "X" close window button in the upper right hand corner of the window.


    In other words, after I enter all the information for my Coupon Code, I can't get to the "Finish" in the Payment Wizard.


    This is really, really frustrating. One of the big reasons I upgraded to paid subscription is for this function. Now, no way for me to get any support other than post questions.

    The problem I'm having is when I run the Payment Wizard, I can get to the
    window to set up a Coupon Discount and add the Coupon, then when I click on
    the "Return to main" button at the bottom of the screen, it takes me to
    another window which appears to be where I would add another Coupon Code
    BUT, the only way to exit that window is to click the small "x" close
    window button in the upper right corner of the window. In other words,
    after I enter the Coupon Code and all the information (percent/amount,
    etc.) and click the "Return to main" button, I don't get directed back to a
    place in the Payment Wizard where I can "Finish" running the wizard.
    Attached is a screenshot of the progression of windows I'm getting as
    outlined above.
    I appreciate your help in getting this figured out.

    If I understand this correctly, the Next and Back buttons are missing from your side.

    Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies or try another browser to see if that makes any difference?

    I can add the coupon, then my only option is to "return to main," and then hit next and finish. But the coupon doesn't work. Multiple coupons do not work. They don't work after choosing which product I am buying. It just doesn't do anything!
