    I have received this notification:

hjwilhelm has shared some forms with you:

cablex - Tag der offenen Tür
Check out "My Forms" page to see them. You can see forms and folders shared with you under "Shared With You" menu on the left side.

But when I open "my forms" there is no button or anithing else on the left side with "Shared With Yoo"

    Could you help me?

    Thanks for contacting us.

To share forms it is necesary to add a sub-account if you want him/her to have access to check your submissions or edit your forms, I have checked the account "hjwilhelm" and can see that your account is not a sub-user of the account.

While adding a sub-account you can choose share all of your forms or only selected forms, also you can give him/her access to check your submissions, only edit your forms  or both if you prefer.

Otherwise the another account can clone your forms but these won't be synchronized with yours. In other words the cloned form will be another form.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

it was me "hjwilhelm" who made that sub account (with the email adress of hjw1958).

On my account i can see the subaccount, but hjw1958 don't see the shared form. Did i made something wrong?

    Thanks for help!

    Hello hjw1958,

Forms are already shared with you and I can confirm that you did not do anything wrong.

Have you cleared your browser cache already? You should clear your browser cache and after that you should be able to see your shared form. Here is a guide for your help:'s-Cache

To view the forms shared by "hjwilhelm", you should click on the "Shared with you" link.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
