    Training enrollment form error

Asked by SMSadmin on August 29, 2013 at 02:16 PM

    Hello!

Individuals who are attempting to enroll in our classes are receiving an error messages concerning the training enrollment form. Please see email from a client below.

A gentleman with Knight Oil Tools went on the SMS Training Website to enroll one of his employee.  Once he opened the enrollment form it allows him to fill out the form but when he submits the form this is what comes up:

“An issue has prevented a portion of the page from loading. Developers are currently working on the issue”.

I have had several people call me to inform me that they have trouble when submitting the enrollment form.

Can you assist or is there an error on our end?

    Thanks for your time.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Your form is configured to use Custom Thank You URL:

And that page http://www.safetyms.com/submit is throwing the error. It is probably that the page is not configured right on your site, or the URL is not correct. Can you please check this?

If you need any further assistance with this, please let us know.
