not getting all submissions

    Hi globalchild,

    Thank you for posting your concern here. To speed up the investigation, may we ask which of your forms you have issues with? Do you mean you used to receive submissions before then suddenly it stopped? When did the issue started and which email address is used to receive the notifications?

    Hi Allan - It started happening on 5-17, and again on 5-18. Submissions
    came to me by email total blank(not just blank fields). I decided to go to
    the web site and look at the submissions there, and that is when I
    discovered that i had not gotten 3 of the submission. I tried to forward them to
    myself again from Jotform.com, but they never cam thru. the are submissions
    dates:
    2011-05-17 11:22:36
    2011-05-18 01:54:11
    2011-05-18 10:53;27

    Just an update, I cannot find the submission sent on the dates you mentioned. Could you specify which particular form/s are you having this issue with? We'll await your feedback.

    Oh, I went in and deleted all forms, so that it would be easier to find
    missing ones. These forms are registration forms. They should be in the
    trash folder.
